BALLZ

How good is your balance, stability, core, and control?? A bit shabby? Then get yourself to BALLZ,
the fitness session that will tighten all those special areas and allow you to become a master of your
own equilibrium! Using exercise balls, you will learn to focus and work those muscles you didn’t
even know existed.

BoX NRG

Unleash Your Inner Warrior with some boxing and cardio moves with high-energy music. Working in small groups, using pads, gloves, bags, and other kit to up your game. Get ready to move like a boxer and boost your energy and fitness levels!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

30 mins of cardio and strength based moves.
Using high intensity moves for short periods of time can really increase your fitness levels and kick start your energy levels.

Fitclub

The end of the week craziness!!  Friday mornings are never the same without FITCLUB!  We get all the toys out, we pump up the music and we go for the ultimate circuits.  Lots of moves, lots of laughter and some banging tunes to whined up your week and get you fit and ready for the weekend!

Kettlebell HIIT

strengthen, energise and increase your power. Working on various techniques and moving to high energy music, this session is open to all and welcomes anyone who wants that extra push!

Pilates & Core

a workout that combines strength, balance, control and stabilisation throughout your body while focusing on tightening the core.  45 minutes of deep stretching and various abdominal moves will enhance your mobility and control for your bigger workouts

PowerUP

A 30-minute sweat fest that combines functional strength moves and cardio classics using weighted sandbags. Get ready for the ladder effect, building the circuit as you go. Weighted bags ranging from 4kg to 20kg - choose your challenge!

LADDERz

Climb the circuit ladder. Starting with 1 functional exercise followed by 2 minutes of cardio, we build
the circuit step by step adding 2 functional exercises followed by 2 minutes of cardio, 3 functional
exercises, 4, then 5. A quick 30 min blast to get your heart rate up and your body moving.
BodyWeight or Small Weights, this session will definitely ramp up your week.

Revolve 

Test your endurance and speed with this ever so popular class! Climb on to one of our fantastic Spin bikes where you will be able to have control of the resistance and see your distance completed. Great for burning calories, shaping those legs and booty as well as improving your heart health.

Bring water and a sweat towel as it’s gonna get HOT!

Powerwave

This workout gives you everything you need in a very short space of time. Using a weighted bag to tone, strengthen and burn fat, every session is different with easy to perform moves incorporating all of your major muscle groups.

It’s fun, challenging and will leave you feeling like you have worked out a lot longer than ONLY 20 minutes …. that’s 1% of your day!

Body Blitz

Don’t let hump day ruin your week.  Instead join the BB revolution and be blitzed to a whole new fitness level.  45 minutes of pure energy but it is catered for all abilities.  A real mix of cardio and strength to improve overall fitness and ensure your mind leaves just as energised!
