LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF....
 Hey there,

I'm Mel, the heart and soul behind ALL WOMAN. At 46, as a mum and gym owner, my menopause journey kicked off a couple of years ago. It was a wild ride of forgetfulness, mood swings, itchy skin, heart palpitations, and so much more that left me puzzled.

When I first reached out for help, the response was disheartening. My doctor brushed off my concerns, making me feel young and a bit silly. However, I knew something was off, despite normal blood test results. Understanding why things happen is my way of coping, so I dove into learning about menopause.

What I discovered is that menopause is a unique journey for every woman. Some breeze through it, while others find it life-altering. Despite initially being dismissed by my doctor, further tests finally acknowledged changes in my hormones. This revelation, especially about my oestradiol levels, helped me understand the chaos in my body.

Armed with this knowledge, I vowed to get in the best shape of my life. I revamped my diet, exercise routine, and even gave up alcohol. Setting small goals and celebrating each success became my new norm. I also learned the importance of carving out 'me time.'

Remember, making a promise to yourself is challenging, but totally worth it. Motivating yourself daily is tough, but you deserve to feel amazing again. Your mindset is powerful – use it to fuel your journey into this new stage of life. Be your best self, and watch the world reflect that greatness back to you!
